If you missed picture day last week, or find you will need retakes, our Picture Retake Day will be on Monday, November 23rd.

*************************************************************
Attention all families: Please take this 5 minute survey from The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital. Even if you completed the survey last year, we need your participation again!
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize drawing and five lucky winners across the state will each receive a $100 Amazon gift card for their personal use AND if you win, our school will receive $1,000.
Other schools are participating, so the more families from our school who complete the survey, the greater our chance of winning $1,000!
Contact information for the prize drawing will be collected at the end of the survey and will not be connected to your survey responses. All survey responses are anonymous.

As planned, all schools in RSU 12 will resume in-person learning starting tomorrow, Wednesday, October 7, 2020. If your student was contacted and told to quarantine, then they should continue to do so. Thank you to everyone for following the safety protocols in our schools. We look forward to resuming in-person learning tomorrow.

If you would like food delivery for your students during school closure, please call the school or email Meagan Soule before 2pm today. She can be reached at 549-7691 or at msoule@svrsu.org

We still have LOTS of pumpkins to sell. There are some very nice ones. If you are interested in getting one, please contact Ms. McCormick at kmccormick@svrsu.org to schedule a time to pick one up. We will be selling them again when we return to school as well. Thanks.

Important information about school picture day:
School pictures have been rescheduled for Friday, October 16th.

Please read an important letter from the Superintendent about a Positive COVID-19 Case at Windsor Elementary School. You will be contacted by the school by phone if your student had direct contact with the individual. Out of an abundance of caution, all schools in RSU 12 will do remote learning starting immediately through Tuesday, October 6th. Students will return on October 7th for in-person learning if it is prudent to do so.

FYI:
Due to some bus staffing issues we have some upcoming dates when we will need to run a 3 bus run for the morning and afternoon bus runs.
On 10/5, 10/6 and 10/8 we will be running a 3 bus run both morning and afternoon.
Also the week of 10/19- 10/23 we will be running a 3 bus run everyday, both morning and afternoon
Remember that this changes the pick up and drop off times for many students. Morning runs will start a little earlier and afternoon runs will last a little longer.

Please read an important letter from the Superintendent about a Probable COVID-19 Case at Windsor Elementary School. A Probable Case means that the individual has symptoms associated with COVID-19 and they had direct contact with someone who tested positive. You will be contacted by the school by phone if your student had direct contact with the individual.
