High winds are forecasted for gusts up to 60 MPH starting around 1 pm today. This will most likely result in power outages, falling trees, and blocked roads. It also makes driving high-profile vehicles such as buses very difficult. All RSU 12 schools will release early today at 11:30 am, Friday, December 19, 2025.

They ARRIVED - the Cherrydale fundraiser orders (and prizes) are in!! Orders were sorted by classroom and student. We will deliver small orders to students to take home. Due to circumstances beyond our control, Whitefield Elementary School will be doing a three bus run in the afternoons from now until June 13th. Unless informed otherwise, we will continue to have a four bus run in the mornings. Please plan the remainder of the school year accordingly. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school. We apologize for any inconvenience this busing alteration creates but it cannot be avoided.

This is a reminder that if you are a resident of RSU 12, the RSU 12 District Budget meeting will take place this Wednesday, May 21st, at 6:30pm in the Chelsea Elementary School gym. Residents will vote on whether or not to approve the proposed budget, which has been unanimously endorsed by the RSU 12 Board of Directors. Please attend this important meeting. The budget approved on May 21st will go to referendum in all towns for a final vote on June 10th.
