New Chelsea School Ground Breaking Ceremony

The new Chelsea School will cost just under $16 million and will provide energy-efficiency technologies, enough room for 315 students (current enrollment is 230) and will be an American Red-Cross certified shelter. The new school is scheduled to open in the fall of 2011
