Chelsea Elementary School would like to help community food banks by supporting the PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY CHALLENGE sponsored by Bangor Savings Bank. When children bring in a jar of peanut butter or jelly, they are asked to take a selfie to be posted on the Bangor Savings Bank facebook page. For every selfie that Bangor Savings receives, they will donate an additional two jars of peanut butter. Just think, if everyone in the school brought in one jar of peanut butter or jelly, we could help local food banks give out over 600 jars of peanut butter.
